Can it be taken during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?

Is it normal for the colour of my urine to turn bright yellow?
This is completely normal. This occurs most commonly in supplements that contain B Vitamins. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is a bright yellow colour which subsequently turns the urine a bright neon yellow colour.
